Art. 1 – General Provisions
These Terms of Service define the rules for using the tuned-cars.com online platform, available at tuned-cars.com, which allows users to post advertisements for the sale of modified (tuned) vehicles.
The service operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland. This document outlines both the rights and obligations of users as well as the responsibilities and powers of the website administrator.
In matters not covered by these Terms, the following legal acts shall apply:
- the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws 2002 No. 144, item 1204),
- the Civil Code,
- the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000).

Art. 2 – Definitions
- Service / Portal – the online platform available at tuned-cars.com, which enables users to post advertisements for the sale of tuned vehicles.
- Administrator – the owner of the portal responsible for its technical maintenance, content management, and compliance with applicable laws.
- User – a natural person over 18 years of age with full legal capacity, or a legal entity represented by an authorized person, who uses the portal after accepting these Terms.
- Advertisement – an offer to sell a vehicle that includes a description, tuning details, photos, contact information, and other relevant transaction data.
- Tuning – any mechanical, visual, or electronic modifications made to a vehicle to enhance its performance, appearance, or functionality.
Art. 3 – Registration and Use of the Service
Access to certain features of the website may require prior registration and acceptance of these Terms of Service.
By registering, the user agrees to provide accurate information and not to impersonate any other person or entity.
The user is fully responsible for the content of their advertisements, including their compliance with the law and factual accuracy.
The Administrator reserves the right to remove any advertisement or suspend a user account in case of a violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
Art. 4 – Personal Data Protection and Privacy Policy
Users’ personal data are processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR.
By publishing an advertisement, the user consents to the processing of their contact details (e.g., phone number, e-mail address) for purposes related to the operation of the portal, advertisement management, and possible promotion.
Personal data may be shared with partners of tuned-cars.com only to the extent necessary to provide specific services (e.g., payment processing, advertising).
In justified cases, the Administrator may verify a user’s identity, especially if a violation of the Terms is suspected.
Art. 5 – Rules for Posting Advertisements
- Each user has the right to post an advertisement offering a vehicle for sale, provided that they are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner’s consent to sell it.
- Advertisements must contain an honest and detailed description of the vehicle’s technical condition and tuning modifications.
- It is strictly prohibited to publish:
- content that is illegal or misleading,
- offensive, vulgar, racist, or defamatory material,
- photos that do not depict the actual vehicle being sold.
The Administrator is not responsible for the outcome of transactions between users. The portal serves solely as an advertising platform.
Art. 6 – Fees and Additional Services
Posting a basic advertisement may be free or subject to a fee, depending on the current price list available on the website.
Users can purchase additional services, such as:
- highlighting an advertisement,
- promoting it on the homepage,
- adding an extended photo gallery.
Payments are processed through the electronic payment operators indicated on the website.
Fees are non-refundable if an advertisement is removed due to a violation of these Terms.
Art. 7 – Liability
The Administrator shall not be held liable for:
- content posted by users,
- the course or outcome of transactions between users,
- any damages arising from users’ actions or omissions.
The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical updates.
The Administrator does not guarantee the effectiveness of advertisements or the number of responses from potential buyers.
Art. 8 – Complaints
Complaints regarding the operation of the service should be sent via e-mail to contact@tuned-cars.com.
Each complaint will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.
Complaints related to payment processing should be addressed directly to the payment operator
Art. 9 – Final Provisions
Using the service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms of Service.
The Administrator reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective upon its publication on the website.
Copying or reproducing advertisements, graphic materials, or the website’s structure without prior written consent of the Administrator is strictly prohibited.
In the event of illegal activities, the Administrator may report the user to relevant law enforcement authorities.
These Terms of Service are effective as of the date of their publication on tuned-cars.com.
